Borrower Direct and Title Company NSA Services
For mortgage refinance, purchase and seller package signings, services include background checked NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent with 13+ years experience having performed nearly 2,000 signings since 2009. For more info please see the Notary Signing Agent section.

In-House Office Notarization
  • $15 per signature

Mobile Service Notarizations
  • $50 minimum -- Covers two notarized signatures and $20* mobile fee.

  • Additional signatures $15 each
*Under certain circumstances the mobile fee can be negotiable.

  • 1st Apostille: $180
  • 2nd Apostille: $90
  • Notary Fee: $15 per signature

  • Includes FedEx domestic shipping cost

Notary Signing Agent
  • $15 per notarized signature
  • $20 Mobile Fee (If applicable) This is an on-call mobile notary service with in-house hours 9:00 a.m. -9:00 p.m. 
    by appointment and     mobile thru 9:00 p.m. depending on availability e.g., rain, schedule, etc​​.
Please note it is unlawful for a Notary Public and Signing Agent to provide legal advice including counsel related to mortgage documents. Please be prepared to present a legally valid form of photo identification at the appointment (e.g. Driver's License, State issued I.D., U.S. Passport, Foreign Passport stamped by Homeland Security, a valid city government photo ID card).
